Our candidate vetting process involves finding the most qualified applicants among hundreds of resumes submitted daily. Based on their strengths and experience, we can condense our applicant pool to individuals who would be the best fit for the role. After the initial resume review, candidates go through a thorough screening process, including virtual interviews, and expert discernment on culture integration. These processes are the bedrock of our vetting process.

1. Recruitment

Research, target identification for all roles required, selling the opportunity, network, prospecting, cold and warm calls, referrals, and advanced e-recruiting.

2. Candidate Offer

Managing candidate and client expectations, coach on counter offers, and debriefs.

3. Candidate Presentation & Approval

Conduct candidate profiling, surface potential issues, talk directly with family, create allies, conduct further profiling, and references/degree.

4. Interviewing Schedule

Prepare/coordinate interviews, pre/post debriefs with client/candidate, identify commitment, trial close, total compensation, confirm candidate motivations, and sell the candidate.
